Talenza have been engaged to secure a Head of Growth Market for one of Australia's most exciting Tech start ups.
This is a newly created role with the plan that through the success in the role this individual in the next 12+ months is the official CMO and part of the executive team, driving the organisation through to be a global success.
This Tech start up has already gone from having a 2m valuation to 25m valuation within the past 12 months and on track to 100m in the coming 6 months. The sales pipeline is strong and the customer base is mid to large organisations (B2B). Through this success they are now looking at investing into marketing and giving someone the ability to come in kick some ass by implementing a marketing 101 play book that you have always wanted to.
The CEO and board are detailed individuals who will question the plan but then give you 100% freedom to have your fun once its signed off. In addition to this they have hired in some of the smartest talent the world can offer. Individuals who do not need a set budget & plan, they are individuals who want to challenge the norm and show the world that their is more effective ways in getting results, they think outside the box and have a point to prove.
With that the Head of Growth Marketing needs to an individual that backs themselves, has a digital marketing play book, a hacker by nature and is an extremely results driven individual. In addition, if you have SaaS, B2B marketing experience that will be advantageous although we would rather that chip on your shoulder!!
